How long is the warranty?
Two years from the date of purchase, automatic. Extended to ten years for owners who register their product.
Can I pair AUREN with Spotify, Tidal and AirPlay?
Yes. AUREN supports Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, AirPlay 2, Bluetooth 5.3 and Roon on all Wi-Fi products.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Direct orders can be returned within thirty days in original packaging. Dealer purchases follow the dealer's terms.
Do you repair older AUREN products?
Yes. We service every product we have ever made, for as long as parts exist. Ask your dealer or write to support.
Which rooms are too large for a single AUREN One?
Any space larger than fifty square metres benefits from a pair, or from AUREN Multi.
Can I use AUREN with a wired setup?
Cinema offers HDMI eARC. One and Journey accept a wired source over USB-C with our adapter. Multi integrates over Ethernet.
Is there a subwoofer option?
Cinema and Multi handle low-end internally. A dedicated AUREN subwoofer is in development.
